Practice Manager – Lead a Community Radiology clinic

Recover Radiology is a newly established diagnostic imaging clinic opening in October 2025 in Morphett Vale. We aim to deliver high-quality, patient centered imaging services to the local community, with a strong focus on Workcover patients, general practice, and allied health referrals. We are committed to clinical excellence, professional collaboration, and compassionate care in everything we do.
About the Role
As our Practice Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of Recover Radiology. Reporting to the Director, you'll oversee all aspects of clinic operations including administration, staffing, financial performance, compliance, and patient service.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence. You'll support and mentor a small but growing team, ensure high-quality patient experiences, and play a key role in driving clinic performance and community reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and patient workflows.
Lead, support, and develop administrative and clinical support teams.
Manage scheduling, billing, compliance, and WHS standards.
Monitor budgets and support financial performance.
Liaise with external stakeholders including GPs, suppliers, and health partners.
Support marketing and growth initiatives alongside the Director.
What We're Looking For
Experience in practice or clinic management within healthcare or radiology.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent understanding of Medicare billing, compliance, and healthcare systems.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A hands-on, proactive mindset and genuine commitment to patient care.
Highly Regarded
Qualifications in health administration, business, or practice management.
Experience with diagnostic imaging clinics or allied health settings
