Program Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our team in delivering critical support services to vulnerable youth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our program, including supervising frontline staff, managing rosters, and ensuring compliance with duty of care standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of cultural protocols and the ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising Youth Support Workers and providing guidance on best practice
* Managing rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
* Responding to critical incidents and ensuring prompt resolution
* Ensuring documentation meets duty of care standards
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or related field
* Knowledge and experience in the youth and community sector, particularly with at-risk and vulnerable young people
* Understanding of cultural protocols and willingness to work respectfully in accordance with Larrakia and other Indigenous cultures
