Assistant Store Manager - Premium Fashion
Job Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and improving store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
* Develop and implement effective visual merchandising displays to showcase products and drive sales
* Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of merchandise
* Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
* Provide coaching and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
* Exposure to working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
