We're currently looking for career temp AINs who have great availability and are keen for ongoing, consistent agency work, while still staying in control of their schedule.
You'll have the freedom to choose your shifts, work across a variety of facilities, and build a steady routine that suits you all while earning higher rates and having the full support of the E4 team behind you.

Your role
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Support with mobility, transfers & manual handling
* Provide compassionate, person‐centred care
* Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
* Work collaboratively with nursing teams
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
* Minimum 6 months recent experience in Residential Aged Care
* Current Police Check (within 12 months, or willing to obtain)
* COVID-19 vaccinations
* 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
* Located in Byron Bay or surrounding areas
Important: This role is open to candidates currently based in Australia with unrestricted working rights.
