**About the role**
Healthcare Australia (HCA), services the healthcare industry throughout Australia, with various divisions including the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Townsville Nursing branch.
**Key responsibilities include** 
- Demonstrated experience in a call centre desirable not essential. 
- An understanding or awareness of the health, nursing or aged care market desirable but not essential 
- Contribute towards the growth and development of current business via reverse marketing initiatives 
- Rotating roster with your colleagues
**About you** 
- Strong administration and customer service experience 
- Contact Centre experience highly regarded 
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal 
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team 
- Strong organisational and time management skills 
- Intermediate PC literacy 
- MS Office 
- Focused on achieving targets within key deadline
