They are now seeking an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join the team.
**About The Role**
Work amongst a fast paced fun environment that will require you to deliver innovative, on brand marketing across this incredibly successful Real Estate agency.
**Duties will include;**
- Liaising with internal team, external marketing and service providers
- Oversee social media marketing for business and sales team
- Assist with marketing of properties for sale/lease
- Marketing - both listed properties and the agent themselves via online activities and social media
- Organisation and co-ordination of marketing at events i.e. auctions
- Manage marketing calendar and relevant contracts and contract renewals
**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years-experience in a similar role with some exposure to residential Real Estate sales industry ideal.
- Strong organisational and administration skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident with technology including CANVA and InDesign
- Highly competent with Microsoft suite of programs
- Self-motivated, personable and confident
- Articulate, with immaculate presentation in-line with this high-end brand
- Can work well under pressure and still maintain your sense of humour
