The Role
We are currently looking for Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team in the Riverina Region You can choose from either of our locations: Albury, Wagga Wagga, or Shepparton .
In a nutshell, our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return-to-work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
* Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing
* Attend workplace visits weekly to understand physical demands and support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
* Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
