We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team on a 9‐month contract, with potential to extend. This is a hands‐on, impactful role where your digital expertise will directly support meaningful patient experiences in a highly trusted healthcare setting.
More specifically, you will:
* Support the delivery of digital marketing activity across websites, campaigns, email, paid media and social channels
* Build, update and publish website content while applying SEO, accessibility and compliance requirements
* Assist with digital and paid campaigns, including coordination, launches, optimisation and performance reporting
* Support email and SMS campaigns, data management and basic automation within Salesforce
* Help manage social media, online reviews, blogs and advertising requests, working closely with internal teams and agency partners
* Provide broader marketing and coordination support as needed, communicating progress, risks and priorities clearly
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
* Proven experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordination role.
* Hands‐on experience across websites, paid media and direct channels
* Strong CMS knowledge (AEM, WordPress, Sitecore or similar)
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Exposure to Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising
* Experience supporting email/SMS campaigns and reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Confidence working within structured approval and governance frameworks
* Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus, not a must
