**The Role**
Working for a company in the mining sector this role will lead a team of 3 across a payroll of around 2000 employees. The company implemented SuccessFactors ECP and are looking for a manager that can help them to resolve issues following the implementation and improve processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Support and enhance the payroll delivery model to ensure a consistently high level of support, consistent messages and accurate data
- Develop and implement "best practice" strategies, policies, processes and tools (systems) to align with the HR Strategy
- Manage the continuous improvement of the payroll delivery model, processes and tools
- Ensure delivery of all payroll support functions and build positive relationships with stakeholders to grow business knowledge and to enhance Payroll profile and reputation within the business
- Engage effectively with internal Corporate, Operating business stakeholders, along with 3rd party vendors whilst ensuring a high level of customer service
- Advise and direct the payroll team and the business on ethical business practices, legislative requirements, constraints and expectations
- Manage a small team and coordinate work accordingly
**Skills and Experience**
- A solid background of processing payrolls (including SAP payroll)
- At least 5 years in a leadership/ management position
- Ideally exposure with SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Proven people management skills
- Proven technical troubleshooting related to payroll processing errors
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
