We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Care Leader to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, leading and mentoring a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and ensuring clinical compliance and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical and care leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
* Ensure clinical compliance and governance, maintaining accreditation standards and implementing continuous improvement
* Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration)
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare
* In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance
* A genuine passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, engaged teams
