Job Title
Senior Executive Assistant to the Chancellor at Western Sydney University provides high-level support in a fast-paced executive environment and offers exposure to governance, policy development, and international partnerships.
This is a full-time ongoing position based at Parramatta South Campus with possible travel to other campuses. The role ensures efficient operation of the Office by delivering professional reliable and high-quality executive support.
* Drafting correspondence reports and briefings
* Coordinating scheduling diary management meetings and travel arrangements for domestic and international engagements
* Supporting delivery of speeches media releases and social media presence
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Board of Trustees University executives senior staff and external stakeholders
* Conducting research analysis to inform strategic decision-making and prepare concise executive-level briefings
You are an experienced executive professional with exceptional organisational skills managing complex scheduling coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution of tasks and engagements. You have a keen eye for detail proactive approach to problem-solving anticipating needs of senior leaders providing seamless support.
