Job Opportunity:

As key contact, you will work closely with clients and be supported by a team of accountants, an offshore team for compliance, and client service coordinators for admin.
Manage relationships across tax and business services
Review compliance work prepared by offshore staff
Mentor and support junior team members
Oversee workflow and key deadlines
Provide strategic advice to help clients grow
About the Role:
This established practice firm offers a collaborative environment, strong systems, and a modern approach to accounting. With a mix of onshore and offshore support, the team is structured to let you focus on value-added work and client relationships, rather than just compliance. The firm uses cloud-based systems including Xero, FYI Docs, and FuseDocs.
About You:
CA or CPA qualified
Australian public practice accounting experience required
Professional, confident, and driven personality preferred
