About the Role
This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills, is technologically adept, and can work both in a team and autonomously with confidence. You will be required to guide and delegate to a team of 2-3 accountants, review their work, and conduct tasks such as management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning.
You will also be responsible for managing a client portfolio alongside a manager and providing tailored client advice. This will involve preparing complex tax returns and financial statements for complex client groups, working on tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div7a, and dealing with diverse range of clients with turnovers of up to 200 million from industries such as agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, retail, and primary production.
Your experience will have been gained in Public Practice, where you will have developed superb communication skills and an ability to work well under pressure. You will be CA/CPA qualified and have a minimum of 4 years experience.
