Job Description
Hands-on management of the company's day-to-day financial operations and reporting processes.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and product performance.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including supply chain, operations managers, and company directors.
Lead and mentor a small to medium sized team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
Relevant experience in hands-on financial management, ideally in the manufacturing space.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel.
