We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting practice.
The Role:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, ensuring workflow runs smoothly across the practice, and supporting our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations and support the accounting team
* Maintain client databases and records using MYOB AE
* Coordinate lodgements with the ATO and manage correspondence
* Ensure client documents are finalized and distributed (electronic & hard copy)
* Liaise with clients regarding documentation, follow-ups, and general enquiries
* Support the billing process and assist with debtor control
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an office manager or senior admin role within an accounting firm
* Proficiency in MYOB AE and ASIC portals
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email manner
