is looking for a
Functions & Events Manager
who can turn the good times into great memories. From birthdays and engagement parties to corporate gatherings and local celebrations – you'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly and looks amazing.
What you'll be doing
Managing all the function enquiries, bookings and event coordination
Maintain accurate booking systems, reports and communication with kitchen and operations teams
Drive events sales, meet budget and KPI targets
Bringing creative ideas to the table to make every event unique
Liaising with the kitchen and the bar teams to deliver seamless service
Lead, train and manage a small team of front of house staff, Duty managers, supervisors
Overseeing set up, styling, and those little details that make all the difference
What we're looking for
A hospitality professional with event of functions experience
Proven ability to manage sales targets and budgets
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A team player who's calm under pressure
A passion for creating amazing guest experiences
Flexibility to work nights and weekends
