About the Role:
* Evaluate cleanliness and maintenance requirements for hotel rooms.
* Clean and maintain hotel rooms to a high standard.
* Direct work and suggest equipment replacement as necessary.
* Drive productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of room status and supply levels.
Responsibilities:
* Carry large bags of linen and restock clean linen.
* Service and clean hotel rooms for check-in and check-out.
* Check supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys regularly.
* Identify and report any discrepancies in room status or inventory.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel (advantageous).
* Keen eye for detail and ability to identify recurring cleaning issues.
* Professional manner and exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
* Friendly and positive attitude.
* Able to think on your feet and quickly resolve issues.
* The flexibility to work weekends.
