Job Overview
This role involves tapping into new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and building strong relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with the sales team to convert leads and grow our portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
* IDentify and pursue business growth opportunities within the defined market
* Develop a proactive approach to build relationships with existing and potential customers
* Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure target achievement
* Support local marketing and technical campaigns
* Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialized rigging equipment
* Some remote site visits to customers may be required
Key Skills
* Previous experience in BDM or sales, preferably in mining or heavy machinery
* Preferred experience in lifting and rigging markets
* A proactive and ambitious mindset to build on existing presence
* Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers
* A forward-thinking mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes for customers
* High level written and verbal communication skills
* A full Australian driver's license
