Lead Clinical Quality Manager for Trauma-Informed Services
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in trauma counseling and a strong background in clinical leadership. This role involves providing expert clinical oversight, quality assurance, and practice leadership to our team of dedicated professionals working in trauma-informed domestic violence services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies to enhance the delivery of counseling services
* Provide expert clinical guidance and support to staff members to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies and procedures that promote best practices in trauma-informed care
In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices
Clinical leadership experience with a focus on quality improvement
Demonstrated expertise in policy development, implementation, and evaluation
