About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and ensuring their needs are met.

* Provide expert knowledge on physiotherapy items, mobility scooters, home care beds, and other products
* Process quotes, orders, and hire contracts efficiently
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
