Description
Reporting into the Manager for Finance Business Partners, the key scope of this role will include:
* Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
* Evaluate business cases and business plans through scenario analysis.
* Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
* Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with organisational goals and policies.
* Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare management accounting and reporting packs for divisions.
* Identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
* Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
* Prior experience working in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or FP&A role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
