Lumia Care is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Rural and Remote Manager to lead and grow our Nursing Workforce rural and remote portfolio. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, offering an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while driving business growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Nursing Workforce. You will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants, drive business growth, strengthen client partnerships and ensure delivery excellence across rural and remote healthcare services.

* Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants

* Monitoring individual and team KPIs and building strategies to exceed targets
* Establishing a strong rhythm of performance and accountability
* Business Growth and Strategy
* Developing and executing a rural and remote growth strategy
* Identifying new business and tender opportunities
* Building market expertise within the rural healthcare sector
* Collaborating across service pillars to support organisational growth
* Workforce and Compliance Excellence
* Overseeing end to end recruitment standards
* Ensuring compliance across AHPRA registration, training and visa requirements
* Maintaining workforce capability aligned to client demand
* Protecting and elevating the Lumia Care brand in every interaction
* Financial and Commercial Accountability
* Partnering with the COO to build and manage annual budgets
* Driving revenue growth and profitability
* Leading financial performance reviews and target trackingClient and Stakeholder Management
* Strengthening key client relationships and contracts
* Facilitating site visits and executive level engagement
* Managing feedback, service improvements and contract compliance
