**The Position**
In the role of Marketing and Admin Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Own the marketing function for P3 Recruitment including:
- Generate social media and marketing content across social media platforms and the P3 website
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
- Create and manage paid social media advertisements and campaigns
- Manage and write fortnightly EDM's
- Write and publish blogs and content for the P3 website and social media
- Create video content
- Write and post job advertisements for consultants
Provide administrative support to the business including:
- Review and implement systems and procedures to ensure business efficiency
- Be the CRM champion
- Own relationships with third party suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Provide general admin and recruitment support to the team and EA support to the Director
- Assisting in training and onboarding new team members
- Ad hoc special projects eg. manage new website development, identify new tools/tech to assist the business
- Manage a virtual assistant and delegate tasks to support the admin function
- General office management
**The Person**- Previous marketing and/or admin experience in a high volume, fast paced environment - recruitment or real estate industry experience very highly regarded
- A Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications or related discipline
- A creative flair and the ability to use Adobe software
- First class writing skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management
- A high sense of urgency, you will be full of initiative and thrive in a high energy environment
- A team player, with high energy levels and a sense of humour
