We're seeking an emerging retail leader to join our high-performing team in Miranda. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in managing store operations and meeting sales targets
* Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
* Contribute to visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
* Manage wage costs and assist with rostering
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
* Ensure a safe and compliant store environment
