The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in financial administration who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly environment. Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle - 15 hours per week over two or three days.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Payroll and employee record maintenance
- Preparation and lodging Activity Statements
- Bank account reconciliation and reporting
- Liaise with team members and support project-based tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in a finance/accounts role
- Proficiency in accounting systems (Xero, MYOB or similar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with a job management software (Workflow Max or similar)
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential financial data
This position is an in-office role.
