This is an opportunity to step into a true No.1 role and take ownership of a 9-month build from demolition through to completion. You will take the reins of what is a high-profile $3M project in Carrum Downs.

The development involves
* Complex and detailed demolition works
* New structural construction
* Delivery of four brand-new tenancies
Your Responsibilities
* Lead all on-site activities as the primary Site Manager
* Manage subcontractors across demolition, structure, and fit-out phases
* Program and sequence works to meet milestonesUphold HSEQ requirements and site compliance
* Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and site meetings
* Oversee reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
* Ensure quality control from early works through to handover
About You
* 5+ years' minimum experience as a No.1 Site Manager
* Strong exposure to demolition and structural packages
* Confident managing multiple trades simultaneously
* Excellent planning, communication, and leadership capability
* Highly safety-focused with strong quality standards
* Comfortable running projects autonomously from establishment to completion
