Construction Supervisor

Full time positions are currently available within the company for experienced Construction Supervisors
Required
Experience as a Site Foreman/ Construction Supervisor, preferably in Utilities construction
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews
Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Skilled in
Supervising and directing the work of construction crews, including pipelayers, carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors
Coordinating and scheduling project activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on the construction site
Liaising with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Providing training and guidance to crew members to improve their skills and productivity
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the construction process
Annual income for standard 38-hour week excluding superannuation starting at $95,000 per annum commensurate with industry rates, skills and experience. Regular overtime available along with company vehicle and necessary tools provided.
