At Phytech, we believe that work should be more than just a job — it should be a fulfilling and meaningful experience. We are a energetic and innovative AgTech company revolutionising agriculture with our plant-based monitoring and irrigation automation solutions. Joining our team means becoming part of a collaborative and passionate community dedicated to helping growers improve productivity, sustainability, and farm profitability worldwide.

Phytech are the largest IoT agtech service provider in Australia with a footprint across all the major irrigated regions. The Phytech service centres around a range of proprietary plant and environmental sensors, along with cloud based algorithms, that enable growers to view the real time irrigation needs of their crops. Data is collected and analysed automatically, then displayed to the grower using a simple smartphone or web interface. Irrigation automation control recently became an optional addition to the Phytech offering. This all leads to improved water use efficiency, optimised yields and higher quality produce. The business model is solution-as-a-service, whereby Phytech develop, own, deploy and maintain the necessary field hardware and the grower pays a seasonal subscription fee. Target irrigated crops for the Riverina region include almonds, walnuts, citrus, prunes, cherries and grapes. Already in use across Riverina for the last six years by a growing mix of family farms and major corporate operations, an opportunity has arisen for a field technician to service these clients.
