We have an exciting full time opportunity to join a top maintenance company within the rail industry, based in Nowergup.
**Duties**:
- Assisting in the preparation of Asset Management Plans and business cases for the maintenance of Railcar, Facilities, Plant and Equipment assets
- Development and upkeep of asset registers and related data
- Creation and management of Maximo asset models and associated data
- Manage specialist calibration equipment to NATA standards
- Liaise with Procurement and 3rd party vendors for the maintenance of specialist calibration equipment and infrastructure assets across the JV
- Utilise Maximo ERP System data for the development of the Asset Management lifecycle and report development and delivery for asset maintenance processes
- Liaise with the Asset Planner to manage the Maximo Business system for the planning and delivery of automated schedules for maintenance and overhaul projects and programs
- Use of business system information to develop asset reports for senior management team, PTA business analysis and weekly fleet maintenance reporting on a routine or ad-hoc basis
- Development of digital reports BI, Excel, Google and Maximo dashboard delivery
- Manage facility, plant and equipment Work Orders and liaise with shift Maintenance Supervisor for management of external contractors and permits to work on PTA property
- Assist Asset Manager to clarify issues causing noncompliance of PTA KPI for rail car and infrastructure maintenance activities
- Maintain hard and soft copy service records to a high standard
**Hours**:
- Monday to Friday
- 38 hours per week
- Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
- Able to demonstrate experience in planning and scheduling
- Experience with Maximo or similar data base system
- Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation of feasibility reports and business plans as required
- Demonstrated experience of Asset Management processes and procedures
- Demonstrated experience of condition surveys and technical documentation to support the capture of quality information
- Demonstrated experience of creation and delivery of technical documents such as process maps, user guides, surveys, and business standards
