St Brendan‐Shaw College is seeking applications from enthusiastic Cleaners to join our team. Multiple relief positions available with all shifts being Monday to Friday.

About You
We are seeking applications from enthusiastic Cleaners who are able to undertake general and routine cleaning duties to ensure a clean, hygienic, safe and instructionally supportive environment that enables enhanced student learning outcomes.
About The Role
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Sweep, vacuum clean and mop floors as appropriate; and use appropriate safety signage to alert students and staff
* Regularly dust and wipe down table, desk and counter surfaces and routinely clean door handles
* Clean all accessible classroom and office equipment and fittings
* Empty indoor rubbish bins
* Clean all bathroom facilities including showers, toilets and sinks
* Assist with cleaning and notify supervisor of required repairs as a result of student accidents; extreme weather; or acts of vandalism
* Isolate malfunctioning equipment and report incidents using School procedures
* Follow chemical usage and storage procedures
Please note that as we are a Secondary College, all applicants will be required to have or be willing to obtain a Registration to work with Vulnerable Persons Card (RWVP) and undertake a Police Check to be successful for the position.
Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
