Responsibilities:
* Booking and arranging appointments
* Liaising with patients, providers, hospital staff & referrers
* Filing and medical administration processes and general office duties on cloud-based platforms

* Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
* The ability to work cohesively within a team but also able to work independently
* Confidence with computers and new technology
