The role:

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from passionate and qualified Certificate III and Diploma early childhood educators who are eager to join our KU Casual Team to directly contribute to our established and thriving KU Queanbeyan South Early Learning Centre. This centre is located on the grounds of Queanbeyan Public School, which is a huge advantage, this brings strong connection with teachers and school community. You will be working alongside experienced and qualified university teachers and educators as a casual educator.

* Experience working in early childhood settings.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Willing to travel to different locations.
* Ability to build strong relationships with both children and families.
* Committed and passionate about providing high-quality, play-based education and care.
* Support permanent educators in creating safe, engaging, and nurturing environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
* Recognised Certificate III and Diploma qualification or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
* Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
* At least 1 year experience in Early Childhood Education.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Ability to provide 2 professional Childcare References.
