Outpatients Administration Officer

Employment Type: Permanent/Temporary Part Time or Casual, 24 hours per week

Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Location: Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals

Candidate Attributes

* Demonstrated customer focused approach with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn the eMR system, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement.
* A flexible, proactive and positive approach, with a passion for supporting patient care.

Selection Criteria

* Can you describe a time when you dealt with a distressed or upset patient or customer? What steps did you take to manage the situation, and what was the outcome?
* Outpatients can be a busy and fast‐paced environment where teamwork is essential. Can you give an example of how you worked as part of a team to manage a challenging situation or meet a tight deadline?
