Responsibilities
* Perform deployment, configuration, and support of the VertiGIS suite of products (Geocortex/VertiGIS Studio)
* Configure and support ESRI suite of server & desktop products & applications consulting.
* Perform application testing and quality assurance on a project‑by‑project basis.
* Conduct performance tuning, improvement, usability testing, automation.
* Perform server/network administration and troubleshooting.
* Travel as required.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in relevant discipline; computing science, software engineering or geomatics sciences.
* 3+ years of experience/exposure in GIS or Spatial related commercial roles.
* 3+ years of experience in Database and Cloud services.
* Considerable experience with at least one of the following ESRI technologies: ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro Desktop, ArcGIS Online.
* Proven ability to be self‑sufficient and work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Substantial experience in Enterprise IT environments, in particular Windows Server and Microsoft IIS applications.
* A solid understanding of Web service technologies and Web GIS in particular.
