Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual to fill the role of Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and owning customer relationships and service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to engage and visit customers in person, necessitating 3 – 4 days on the road per week. You will work closely with our sales manager to identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company objectives.
* Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
* Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Highly motivated and targets driven.
* Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills when managing processes.
