Training and Development Specialist
The Training and Development Specialist will play a key role in the development and coordination of training programs across BCI operations, ensuring workforce capability aligns with organisational goals and industry standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Mardie, where you'll be responsible for planning and delivering effective training and competency programs.
Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing learning materials, and ensuring all training meets organisational and regulatory standards. You will also design and deliver engaging training from site inductions to operator assessments, working closely with stakeholders to plan training schedules and recommend external courses.
To succeed in this role, you'll hold a strong background in training and operations, backed by practical industry experience and a commitment to continuous learning. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and at least five years' experience in mining or processing operations are required. You'll have proven capability in developing high-quality training documentation and hands-on experience training and assessing mobile plant and equipment demonstrates your ability to build workforce competence and confidence.
