Key Responsibilities:
* Structural Design and Analysis: Develop and integrate structural requirements to establish robust system designs.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with various engineering teams to define and optimize the product's environment.
* Product Verification: Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, and simulations throughout the product lifecycle.
* Testing and Certification: Create detailed test plans and configurations, execute tests, and analyze results to ensure systems and components meet all requirements and specifications.
* Failure Investigation: Investigate in-service product failures, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement analytical processes and tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of engineering efforts.
* Design and Development: Design, maintain, and modify structural components using 3-D CAD tools, providing comprehensive product definitions to other engineering groups and stakeholders.
* Supplier Management: Manage supplier development, testing, and production activities, collaborating with suppliers to optimize designs and achieve program objectives.
* Innovation: Innovate new design processes and tools to enhance the overall effectiveness and quality of the engineering development effort.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Aerospace or Mechanical.
