Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 2IC Distribution Team Member (Afternoon Shift) to join our team in Sorell. In this specialist role, you'll play a key part in supporting distribution operations and assisting with team leadership responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Hours of Work:
* Shift time: 5:00PM - 01:50AM (Monday to Friday) - Full time
* Availability to work 38hrs + overtime when required
* Weekend work required (every alternate Saturday during off-peak times, or every Saturday if required)
* Public holidays availability required (Christmas/Boxing Day/New Year etc.)
* Onsite parking

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Strategic thinking and decision making for daily distribution operations
* Managing daily operations and fostering positive work environments
* Operating handheld scanners for inventory management
* Ability to lift 15kg continuously throughout the shift
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Following health, safety, and quality procedures
* Forklift license with at least 1 year of experience (Essential)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Identifying ways to improve operational efficiency
