Requirements
* A minimum of one year of relevant work experience as a Sous Chef or similar senior kitchen role is required.
* Proven experience in running a busy kitchen is essential.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Meticulous attention to detail in matters of hygiene and food standards is essential.
* The successful candidate must be located in Victoria.
