The Role
We are seeking a National Maintenance Contract Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Maintenance Contract team in all set-up and operational aspects of Maintenance Contracts nationally.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Asset Management across HVAC and other Building Services
Maintenance Contract setup, Variations and Alterations as needed
Maintenance Scheduling and Billing
Establishing agreed labour rates & various other customer-based fee structures
Engaging specialist Subcontractors
Financial contract analysis
The successful applicant will be highly driven, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have at least a basic understanding of asset management.
Key Competencies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interpret instruction & complete tasks as required
Intermediate computer skills, with good skill in Excel
High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
Self-motivated and competent at following up tasks
Ability to achieve and self-manage deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Computer literate with MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
