We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Packaging Plus (OPP) sales team as a Territory Account Manager primarily focused around Central West NSW and managing a regional area covering Orange, Bathurst, Lithgow, Dubbo and Young. This will be a remote territory account manager role reporting to a Sales Manager based at Pemulwuy, NSW.
Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business that has been delivering packaging solutions to Australian businesses for more than 40 years.
You will be able to demonstrate success in managing existing customers as well as building and winning new business.
You’ll contribute to the success of Opal by:
Establishing solid relationships with your existing customers to retain them, offer a broad range of consumables solutions, increase share of wallet, and maximise margins.
Developing and delivering customer solutions, focusing on a solution selling approach.
Prospecting and winning new business opportunities within your territory.

Specifically for this role, we expect you to have:
An established track record of developing and winning recent business, building relationships and business with new customers.
Resilience, persistence and plenty of energy and passion.
Previous experience managing and successfully growing a customer base in a competitive market.
Prior experience selling business consumables and services, a technical sales background or experience in trade sales.
CRM experience, ideally good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365.
