If you're a Senior Occupational Therapist who enjoys autonomy, complex clinical work and shaping service delivery — this is a role where your experience will genuinely be valued. You'll join a large, well‐established allied health provider with strong demand across Melbourne's West and North‐West. The focus is predominantly adult caseloads (16+) across Support at Home, CHSP and NDIS programs, with a strong emphasis on home modifications, assistive technology and equipment prescription. There is also the opportunity to split your week between the West (priority need) and Geelong, if this suits your location and preferences.

This is a structured, adult‐focused role designed for experienced clinicians who enjoy independence but still want team connection.
The impact you'll make
* Manage an adult community caseload across Support at Home, CHSP and NDIS (16+)
* Complete comprehensive functional and environmental assessments
* Lead complex home modification assessments and recommendations
* Deliver detailed assistive technology and equipment prescriptions
* Conduct 2–3 home visits per day with structured documentation time
* Prepare high‐quality, evidence‐based reports
* Mentor and supervise early‐career clinicians
* Contribute to quality improvement and best‐practice service delivery
This is hands‐on community OT with genuine complexity and impact.

What you'll bring
* Occupational Therapy qualification
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience in community OT (NDIS / aged care / Support at Home)
* Strong report writing skills (home mods & AT experience highly regarded)
* Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
