We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Chefs to join our vibrant team at Gather by Cater Care's leading education sites in Northgate and North Adelaide.
In this hands‑on role, you'll do more than just cook - you'll help create moments of comfort and connection for our residents through delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals. You'll be part of a supportive, close‑knit team that takes pride in great food, teamwork, and genuine care.

Start date: Early February 2026
Roster: Daytime/early evening shifts, Monday to Sunday, five or six days per week
What You'll Be Doing
* Working alongside the Chef/Manager to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students
* Create and present fresh, delicious meals for students and staff
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
* Follow food and general safety practices
* Maintain fast, efficient service with a great attitude
* Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef/Manager
About You
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with several years of experience in a busy kitchen
* Previous experience in a similar role (education experience preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and passion for great food
