We are looking for an experienced, energetic, nurturing and dedicated Early childhood Teacher or working towards ECT and Casual Educators, for our 29 place Centre at Russell Vale Preschool (NSW 2517) You will need to have a passion for education, love for children and can positively empower a team of Educators.
The position available is full-time, or part-time working from 30 to 38 hours/week Monday - Friday
The role you'll play will be to provide education and care for children from 2 to 5 years.
* Will be pivotal in the development of every child in the Service
* Leading and supporting a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care.
* The overall day to day management and efficient operation of the centre in line with company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
* It will be in your nature to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, while documenting every child's learning development for the 4-5 year olds (school readiness).
* Supporting your teams engagement with each of the children and taking pride and responsibility for their learning.
What you'll bring
* Early childhood Teachers Degree or or working Towards ECT
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
* Candidates may be either qualified or currently studying towards their early childhood education qualification
* A Valid Working with Children Check
* Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession.
* Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
* Demonstrate a desire to grow professionally and personally and the drive to learn everything they can about Early Learning.
* A high level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)
* First Aid, and asthma and anaphylaxis certificates.
* Current First Aid and anaphylaxis certificates must be held at the time of application
