The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and able to multi-task and perform under pressure. A strong understanding of the recruitment industry will be an advantage.

Description
Brand Management
* Develop and execute brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
* Manage brand guidelines and oversee creative development.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
* Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
* Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
Digital Marketing & Content
* Oversee digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
* Manage content strategy and production to support thought leadership and engagement.
* Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve ROI.
Performance & Reporting
* Define and track clear KPIs across all marketing initiatives.
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
* Use analytics to inform strategy and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including recruitment consultants, sales, and senior leadership.
* Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
* Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
Profile
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or B2B sectors.
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation.
* Proficiency in marketing platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Pardot, Sitecore, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
* Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Management
* Guide and support the Digital Marketing Manager (returning from parental leave) and the Marketing Coordinator. This includes providing setup, guidance, and support on the Marketing Automation project.
