About the Role
Transcends is seeking a
skilled and experienced account director
based in North America. You will lead client accounts and secure net new and retainer business with B2B tech companies within the hyperscaler ecosystems. This role is an opportunity to significantly impact Transcends' growth. You will earn a base salary, in addition to
uncapped commission
.

Role Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of technology clients (75% existing, 25% new business)
Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and channel priorities
Maintain visibility into ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-performing marketing campaigns
Use CRM and internal tools to manage pipelines, proposals, and reporting
Lead seamless handoffs from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, offering insights and solutions
About You
Based in North America
Proven track record in sales and account management, with at least $1M in annual target attainment
5+ years of experience in a tech-focused environment; experience in the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
Strong network within the tech community at senior management and director levels
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and digital marketing trends
Passion for innovation, including the role of AI in marketing strategy
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with HubSpot, Asana, and Harvest is a bonus
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or technology
Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell and marketplace dynamics is advantageous
Benefits
Uncapped commission
Salary dependent on experience and location
Base: USD: $100,000-$155,000
OTE: USD: $125,000-$210,000
