Our client is a leading property investment management group specialising in assets across the industrial and logistics, office, retail, and boutique residential sectors. With a team of over 50 professionals across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, the team are looking to appoint a Private Wealth distribution professional to their team.
In this newly created role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Wealth Management and working closely with the broader team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional with a proven track record for raising capital and strong Queensland relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing a capital raising sales strategies across the state, engaging with private wealth advisers, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
The role will see you both working independently and collaborating across interstate teams to deliver new capital raising initiatives while strengthening existing investor relationships. Operating in a highly varied and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to represent the business at investor meetings and industry events, as well as contribute to new product creation, marketing materials, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
We are seeking in the successful candidate, a minimum of 5- 7 years' experience in a distribution or sales capacity, ideally within real estate funds management. You will bring a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep network of Queensland-based private wealth advisers and family offices, and a reputation for exceptional client service. Strong market knowledge, combined with the ability to discuss economic and market trends in the context of investment opportunities, will be critical. Highly resourceful and proactive, you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to balance autonomy with collaboration. A growth mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment will be essential.
