What's Involved
As a key member of the Recruitment team, your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment outcomes in a fast‑paced environment
* Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across white‑collar and/or blue‑collar roles
* Posting job advertisements and building targeted talent pools
* Proactively sourcing candidates using tailored attraction strategies
* Guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process with clarity and care
* Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding documentation
* Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
* Supporting the broader HR team with recruitment administration and general HR activities as required
You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage high‑volume or fast‑moving recruitment workflows
* Previous internal recruitment experience (white‑collar, blue‑collar, or both)
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* A proactive, flexible approach with a strong sense of ownership
* Exposure to industry‑specific tickets, licences, or qualifications (desirable but not essential)
