At Gro, we're changing the way people think about hair loss and confidence. We're looking for a talented graphic designer to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
This is a part-time role (2 days per week) with flexible working arrangements. You can be based anywhere in Australia — we care about your creativity, not your postcode.
What you'll do
You'll be the go-to creative for Gro's growing national brand, supporting both head office, clinic and product teams with engaging, on-brand visuals that make an impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Design email, digital, print, and social media assets
Develop creative for campaigns, paid ads, and clinic promotions
Produce posters, signage, brochures, and in-clinic materials
Create web and EDM graphics (Shopify and email templates)
Maintain brand consistency and AHPRA compliance across all visuals
Create Canva and Adobe templates for internal and clinic use
Ensure disclaimers, doctor details, and copy placement meet guidelines
Manage and organise design files for use across all Gro locations
What you'll bring
3+ years' design experience, ideally in health, beauty, or medical
A strong portfolio of clean, modern, brand-aligned work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Understanding of digital and print production standards
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and teams
