Job Description
* With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on casual role
* Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories
* Find your balance with flexible work hours over a 7-day roster
What you’ll do:
You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.
We have a casual position available, with shifts rostered between the opening hours of, 8am - 7pm. Some weekend and public holiday availability will be required.
On a daily basis you will:
* Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
* Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
* Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
What you’ll bring:
* A reputation for providing excellent customer service and to engage in great conversations with guests. Customer Service experience is the key - we can train you on the rest!
* A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
* Problem solving skills including the ability to apply in a workplace context
* Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required - we are all one team and pitch in to help when needed.
